This is my first digipak front cover idea. I have designed it so the two artists and band member are sitting in the area in which the performance music video was filmed, this therefore creates a link between the main product and ancillary text. I have chosen to use a fancy and bubbly font for "Demi Lovato" and "Really don't care" as I believe it looks more intersesting and girly which will appeal to Demi's young and female audience. I have chosen this design to be my final option as i think that it was the best set up for the image and also like the idea of featuring all three artists in the shot instead of the main focus on Demi. This way the audience gets to know who Demi collaborates with.

This is my second front cover design, I chose to use Demi as the main focal point as I thought that it would make it more recognisable to her target audience. I also believe it would attract a bigger male audience as Demi is an attarctive young lady which would appeal to many males. I have kept the text similar to the first front cover digipak as I didn't think that the font needed changing from the first example. I decided not to use this design as my final digipak as I preferred the first design, because I wanted to involve not only Demi in the cover but also Cher Lloyd and her Pianist.

Within this digipak I wanted to use a completely different concept, in this case I decided not to base the album on Demi's appearence. Instead I based the album cover around her personality. I used this particular hand gesture as it is iconically seen as a punk and rebellious sign which I believe Demi has traits of. However I didn't choose this design as I wanted to 100% use a group photo, in order to involve all of the members of who feature in the music video.

All three of my digipak back covers are very similar. This is because I wanted to use a typical layout that followed the conventions of a digipak design. Therefore I chose to feature a "Track List", bar code and record company on each digipak as it followed the typical design. The only difference between them is the font and some of the layout. I chose my final idea for the back cover to be number one, this is because it was my most preferable to the others. It is one of my most preferable as it features my favourite font, as it resembles the same style on the front cover, which contrasts well together. I also prefered the "Hollywood Records" text going up the right side of the digipack instead of at the bottom. If I were to change or improve anything I would've perhaps used an image on the back, however I didn't want to take the main focus off of the front cover.
